Rugby has a remarkable ability to bring joy to individuals and communities alike, transcending boundaries of age, ethnicity, and background. Whether it’s the thrill of competition or the camaraderie of teamwork, rugby has a unique way of uniting people and fostering a sense of belonging. It serves as a common platform for building relationships and strengthening bonds within each team we represent. Through rugby, character and courage are built, both mentally and physically, while also connecting with others who share their passion and values. Without the support of our fans, none of these experiences could be possible.
After playing in Seattle for many years now as an opposition, representing the city is an honor that I am excited to carry with me. Seattle’s sports culture involves a genuine willingness to learn about and embrace the city’s athletic heritage. The pride that carries in Seattle runs deep, with a passionate fanbase rallying behind teams like the Seahawks, Sounders FC, Storm and my new personal favorite, the Seawolves. Whether it’s experiencing the electric atmosphere of a game at Starfire Stadium or supporting local athletes in various sporting events, Seattle’s sports scene fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among fans and players. Embracing this culture means immersing oneself in the excitement, traditions, and victories that define Seattle sports, creating memories that endure far beyond the final whistle.
