Alex Glover is from Oakland, California, where in high school he was a trialist for the USA Under-20s in 2017, and spent three months in New Zealand playing for Rotorua.

Glover attended Saint Mary’s College of California, playing D1A Rugby, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies in 2020. He was also a lifeguard while at the college.

Alex played for the LA Giltinis Academy, before joining the Seattle  Seawolves in 2022.
