TUKWILA WA (April 8, 2023) The Seattle Seawolves (6-1) lost to San Diego (6-1) in Week 8. The stakes and tensions were high early in the match, with strong defense on both sides and San Diego earning a yellow card for a tackle without the ball on Duncan Matthews.
At 17min a penalty conversion by Jordan Chait put Seawolves points on the scoreboard 3-3, but after another penalty kick by San Diego followed by a try brought the halftime score to 11-3.
In the second half, Charles Elton made it under the posts for a try and automatic conversion points, and Jordan Chait scored a try and his own conversion kick, putting the Seawolves in the lead 11-17.
