JOB TITLE: Assistant Coach – Backs Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Seattle Seawolves Rugby Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Rugby
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Director of Rugby in coaching the entire squad and preparing the matchday team to an exceptional standard of excellence in Major League Rugby (MLR) competition.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
+ Experience of working cohesively & collaboratively within a professional rugby environment (3+ years)
+ Extensive experience of coaching back-line attack and positional skills (3+ years within the professional game
+ Desire to learn and grow
PREFERRED SKILLS
+ Coaching experience in MLR
+ Eligible to work in the United States
