KARA PRYOR JOINS THE PACK
The Seattle Seawolves are excited to unveil the latest addition to their roster: New Zealand’s own Kara Pryor. Kara, a seasoned loose forward, brings dynamic runs and solid defense to the Seawolves’ lineup, using his internationally-fostered expertise to enhance the team’s back row.
“It’s great to add someone of Kara’s quality and experience to the back row. He’s a genuine openside with a skill set that compliments and adds variety to our backrow. I’m delighted to welcome Kara and Ali to the Seawolves family.” remarks Head Coach Allen Clarke.
Kara’s rugby career is bountiful. From his early days in the National Provincial Championship with Auckland and Northland, through his Super Rugby tenure with the Auckland Blues and the Sunwolves, to his honored representation of the Māori All Blacks, Kara has demonstrated time and again his capability to influence games and lead on the field.
With 62 appearances for Northland, 23 for the Blues, 3 for the Sunwolves, 4 caps with the Māori All Blacks, and a significant presence in New York with 41 appearances, Kara’s wealth of experience is unmatched. His signing is a clear signal of the Seawolves’ ambition for the coming seasons.
“With the Seattle Seawolves having such a great organization, coaching team, community and fan base I am very thankful and excited to be joining the club. Can’t wait to be playing in front of the home fans and representing the Seawolves faithful.” – Kara Pryor
