AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online using AXS Fan Account or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the Seattle Seawolves. AXS Mobile ID eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the Seattle Seawolves.

Manage your tickets from anywhere, either online with AXS Fan Account or using the AXS app for Apple and Android.

EASY ENTRY

AXS Mobile ID eliminates paper tickets and allows you quick and easy entry into Starfire Stadium with the AXS app or any form of electronic ID associated with your account like a credit card or debit card.

FULL TICKET CONTROL

Transfer your tickets to anyone, at any time using only their name and email address. Share your tickets with family, friends or coworkers without meeting up, waiting in will call lines or mailing. Looking to sell your tickets? Putting your seats on AXS Official Resale is the best way to sell your seats because it is the official marketplace endorsed by the Seattle Seawolves. Tickets purchased through unofficial sources (such as Craigslist, StubHub, etc.) may not be valid.

SECURE TICKETS

AXS Tickets are extremely secure. Your tickets will only be associated with your account. Unless you transfer or resell your tickets, only you can access them. By reducing paper tickets, we are also reducing the possibility of stolen, lost and fraudulent tickets.

What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the Seattle Seawolves.

How do I create an AXS account?

Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS Fan Account you will be instructed to create one during your purchase.

You can also create an account without purchasing tickets by clicking here and entering basic account information. After completing the account information, you may buy, sell or manage any seats in your account.

How do I get into Starfire Stadium?

Bypass the Ticket Sales tent and go straight to the entrance! Here’s how it works:

1. Download the AXS mobile app.

2. Open the app and sign in using the email you used to purchase your tickets.

3. Show the tickets in the app to the ticket taker to enter!

4. Enjoy the match!

Don’t have a smart phone? Swipe the credit card or debit card used for purchase to get through the gate.

Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together OR transfer tickets to friends before the event & have them follow the steps above to enter the venue.

What happens if my AXS app doesn’t work?

If you have any problems accessing the app or entering the stadium, please visit the Ticket Sales Tent located outside of Gate 1 for assistance!

Can I screenshot my AXS Mobile ID (QR Code)?

No, for security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken in advance of entry will not be valid. Be sure to transfer tickets to your guests ahead of time to avoid issues when entering.
