Sam Windsor is a Major League Rugby pioneer, joining the Houston Sabercats in the inaugural season.  His MLR career has been nothing short of stellar.  Windsor was the third player to reach 50 caps in the MLR and was the all-time highest point scorer going into the 2023 season with 320 points. Windsor hails originally from Australia where his amateur training started with the Brumbies Academy. In 2014 he played for NSW Country Eagles in the inaugural season of the National Rugby Championship. He followed that up with a one year contract in Ireland playing for Ulster.  Most recently, Windsor played two seasons with Rugby New York before joining the Seattle Seawolves for their 2024 Season.
