April 16, 2022 (TUKWILA, WASHINGTON) – The Seattle Seawolves hosted long-time rivals, San Diego Legion (5-4). The home side put the pressure on early with three tries across a 20-minute period in the first half. San Diego worked towards a comeback in the final 40 minutes but an additional try, strategic kicking, and patient defense earned the Seawolves a win. 34-32 Seattle.
• Seattle sweep their regular season series over San Diego, winning both home and away contests
• Four different Seawolves dotted tries throughout the match, three backs and one forward
• Flyhalf AJ Alatimu recorded a perfect match off the kicking tee, slotting all six attempts for 14 points
• Seawolves still in the hunt for a Western Conference playoff spot with standing points from both the win and a four-try bonus point, will need to make the most of all remaining matches to secure

Week 12 will see Seattle back on the road to Utah to face the Warriors (2-7) on Saturday, April 23. Kick off will be at 7:00 PM PT and streamed live on Fox 13+ and The Rugby Network.
