At Run With The Pack, kids will participate in engaging and interactive rugby drills designed to build confidence and improve skills. The session will include:
Passing and catching fundamentals – Learn how to move the ball effectively.
Tackling technique and safety – Develop proper form and rugby-safe tackling skills.
Footwork and agility training – Enhance speed, coordination, and movement.
Small-sided rugby matches – Put new skills to the test in a friendly scrimmage.
With hands-on coaching from Seattle Seawolves players, this clinic provides a unique opportunity to train with professionals, ask questions, and experience the excitement of rugby firsthand.
