JEAN DROSTE BINDS INTO SEAWOLVES SCRUM
October 28, 2023 (TUKWILA, WA) Jean Droste, a lock from Pretoria, South Africa will join the Seawolves. 2024 will be Jean’s 10th professional season. Coming most recently from the Toyota Free State Cheetahs a participant in the Currie Cup.

Both add significant competition & reinforcements to our 2nd row department; a position which has proved attritional in previous seasons.The enthusiasm and ambition both boys exuded during discussions was fantastic. When asked about joining Seattle Seawolves Rugby, Jean said, “It’s a great honor for me to join the Seawolves. I’m grateful for the opportunity that has been given to me and will not take it for granted. I want to contribute on and off the field. I’m really looking forward to exploring the beautiful city of Seattle and getting to know everyone at the club. It has always been my wife’s and my dream to see the States but to live there is special.”
