Pair of Second-Half Tries Not Enough for Seattle Comeback in New York
May 15, 2022 (TUKWILA, WASHINGTON) – The Seattle Seawolves traveled to New York for the first time since 2019 to face Rugby New York (8-4) for a 12:00 PM PT kick off at JFK Stadium. A close contest that could have gone either team’s way ultimately went in the hosts’ favor, despite two tries for Seattle in the final forty minutes. 30-22, New York.

The Seattle Seawolves head into their final BYE week of the 2022 MLR season before facing Houston at home and Los Angeles on the road in Week 17 and 18.
The Seawolves will return to Starfire Stadium for their final regular season home match to take on the Houston SaberCats on Military Appreciation Night Friday, May 27 at 7:30 PM. The final Seawolves’ Run with the Pack, presented by Westfield Southcenter, youth camp will take place pre-match and 1st-8th grade boys and girls are encouraged to sign up here.
